Refund & Rescheduling Policy
SMASH*IT Breakroom has a no refund policy. Once you make your appointment we go to work purchasing items for your experience. You are able to freely reschedule your break room experience up to 24 hours before you are scheduled to enter the break room. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you may call us at 720-248-8772 to discuss options, as a $20 cancellation fee may apply.
