Break Your Own Glassware, Electronics, and Furniture

We are excited to see your interest in bringing your own breakables to SMASH*IT Breakroom!

Here are some guidelines for our Bring Your Own Breakables Package.

1. No items with hazardous chemicals

Items like old box TVs, box computer monitors, refrigerators, air conditioners, and lithium batteries contain hazardous chemicals that cannot be broken at our facility.

2. No liquids or foods

This stuff makes a mess that is next to impossible to clean. This includes used bongs, pipes and hookahs.

3. No Upholstered Chairs, Couches, Mattresses or other large items covered in fabric

We have no way of disposing these types of items, and they aren’t any fun to destroy anyway.

4. One small piece of furniture per person

Please respect how expensive it is to dispose of furniture and limit the number of pieces of furniture to 1 small piece per person. If you’d like to break more furniture please be ready to pay an additional $20-$40 per furniture item.
