Donate Your Items

SMASH*IT Breakroom happily accepts a wide array of items to be destroyed and disposed of properly through our break rooms. Electronic donations are recycled through our eco-friendly partners.

We accept walk-in donations 12-6 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Please note: SMASH*IT Breakroom does not offer a donation pick-up service.

Approved Donations

  • Flat Screen TVs or computer monitors (no CRT or projection TVs)
  • Glassware, Dishes, Ceramics
  • Computer/ Laptops (batteries removed)
  • Small Household Appliances (coffee maker, toasters, alarm clock, etc)
  • Printers (ink removed)
  • Small wood furniture (chairs, doors, tables, dressers, etc)
  • Washing Machine, Dryer

Items we WILL NOT accept

  • Old Tube/CRT TVs (we can only accept flat screens)
  • Projection TVs
  • Cell phones, Tablets
  • Any item containing lithium batteries
  • Air Conditioners
  • Refrigerators
  • Microwaves
  • Any item with hazardous chemicals inside
  • No liquids or food waste
  • Bongs, Smoking Pipes, Hookahs
  • Solid Plastic Items
  • Couches
  • Mattresses
  • Toilets
  • Furniture covered in fabric

An eco-friendly junk removal company. They reduce the amount of stuff that ends up in landfills by finding ways to resell them. If it isn’t reusable, they recycle as much as they can. Ability to pick up your items.

Consider donating your old furniture to the Habitat Denver ReStores. Your no-longer-needed items may be much needed by someone else, plus each sale will help us build and repair more homes across metro Denver. Donate at any one of our donation docks from 10 am – 5:30 pm Tuesdays – Saturdays, or schedule a time for them to pick up your items.
